Independent Realty Group has been in business since 2005 and specializes in the management of multi-family and condominium management. IRG has several offices throughout San Diego. The two principal owners/managers of this firm are Richard Farmer and Matthew Sorensen, each has over 10 years experience in the field of Real Estate and property management. Both principals of the company are Licensed Realtors in the State of California, Rich is the broker of Record for IRG and is licensed in Nevada and Texas as well.

Support services would be provided from IRG’s office located at 2727 Camino Del Rio South, Suite #332, San Diego, CA. We are centrally located and manage properties throughout San Diego.
Support Staff
A principle owner would be assigned to your units to handle all questions and requests, which eliminates confusion and allows you to discuss matters with the same person on a regular basis. One bookkeeper would be designated from the staff to handle all accounting and end of the month reports. IRG maintains a complete list of licensed vendors for all maintenance needs for all circumstances.
